Did you know that continued or repeated abuse from a narcissist can have a detrimental effect on one's mental health leading to trauma and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)?

That's right narcissistic abuse can be so traumatic, especially if it involves physical or sexual violence. Victims may develop symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), such as flashbacks, nightmares, and hypervigilance.

It is important to seek professional help if you or anyone you know is experiencing narcissistic abuse. A mental health professional can provide support, guidance, and treatment to help manage the psychological effects of this type of abuse.
