Did you know mental clutter comes from holding on to the past, or fixating on things that are beyond our control?

Here are 4 tips to help you declutter your mind:

  1. Get enough sleep. sleep has so many benefits.
  2. Practice mindfulness.
  3. Transfer Thoughts to Paper. 
  4. Journaling.
