Everyone has had trauma in the past, while many others are still living through it, which causes and/or may negatively affect our emotional health and happiness. It is not uncommon for us to be oblivious to the root of a problem and its consequences for the people and us closest to us.

While educational materials may be an effective catalyst for good change, they aren’t always enough to move us to the next level. In certain situations, it may be more important for us to engage with others who may assist us in transitioning to a state of mental wellness and well-being.
