Thank you for supporting Fitness Hacks for Life. Our mission is to make practical wellness resources accessible to everyone — and that includes being upfront about how purchases work.

Because all of our products are delivered digitally and instantly, please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By buying from our Ko-fi shop, you agree to the terms below.

Digital Products Only Fitness Hacks for Life sells digital products exclusively through Ko-fi — journals, planners, and wellness guides. There are no physical items to return. All files are delivered immediately upon payment.

Why Digital Products Are Generally Non-Refundable

When you purchase a digital product from our Ko-fi shop, the file is delivered to you instantly and automatically. Unlike a physical item, a digital file cannot be returned once it has been accessed or downloaded.

This is standard practice across digital product platforms, and Ko-fi’s own terms reflect this. We put genuine care into every product we create, and each one clearly describes what’s included before you buy. We encourage you to read the full product description and preview images carefully before purchasing.

Our Promise We describe every product honestly and completely. If a product isn’t right for you, we’d rather you not buy it than be disappointed — so please reach out with any questions before purchasing.

When We Will Issue a Refund

1. File Not Received

If you completed a purchase and did not receive your download link or file, please contact us right away. We will resend the file immediately or issue a full refund if delivery cannot be confirmed.

2. Corrupted or Incorrect File

If the file you received is corrupted, unreadable, or is clearly the wrong product, you are entitled to a full refund or an immediate replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase and include a brief description of the issue.

3. Duplicate Charge or Billing Error

If you were charged more than once for the same product, or if there was a clear billing error on our end, we will refund the duplicate charge in full. Please contact us with your Ko-fi transaction details as soon as possible.

  • What to include: Your Ko-fi username or email, the product name, and a brief description of the issue
  • Response time: We aim to respond within 1–2 business days

What We Cannot Refund

  • Change of mind: Once a digital file has been delivered
  • Didn’t read the description: Each product listing includes a full description and preview
  • Didn’t get the results you hoped for: Our planners are tools to support your wellness journey — outcomes depend on individual use
  • Purchased the wrong item: Please double-check your selection before completing checkout
  • Technical issues on your device: If you have difficulty opening a PDF, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help

A Note About Ko-fi

Our shop is hosted on Ko-fi. Ko-fi processes payments on your behalf but does not manage refunds — all refund requests must come directly to us, not to Ko-fi support.

Ko-fi Refund Requests If you submit a refund request through Ko-fi’s platform directly, you may be directed back to us as the seller. Please contact us first — it’s the fastest route to a resolution.
